To ensure that students acquire the high standard of competence to be selected to work and develop in the multinational companies (which are operated in the most modern systems). Students fully acquire fundamental business knowledge, core business knowledge and specialized management knowledge hence students have strong credentials to adapt easily to the business environment.

    Sales executive

    Sales executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

    ·      organising sales visits.

    ·      demonstrating and presenting products.

    ·      establishing new business.

    ·      maintaining accurate records.

    ·      attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

    ·      reviewing sales performance.

    ·      negotiating contracts and packages.

    ·      aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

    Business analyst

    Business Analysts conduct market analyses, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

    ·      Report directly to the supervisor(s) and project manager if required.

    ·      Responsible for closely working with client/product owner to clarify, analyze the business requirement;

    ·      Use UML to model the define features, use cases, system workflow and other necessary diagrams.

    ·      Design the application mock-up/wireframe.

    ·      In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc.,

    ·      Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified.

    ·      Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues with Customers.

    ·      Provide the application manual user and train staff in how to use the new application.

    Business development executive

    Business Development Executive assists the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. … Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. Keep prospective client database updated. Make cold calls for new business leads

    ·      Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

    ·      Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

    ·      Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

    ·      Research and identify new market opportunities.

    ·      Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.

    ·      Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

    Account executive

    Account Executive oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and the client’s standards. Some of the other duties an Account Executive is responsible for may include: Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines

    ·      Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

    ·      Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.

    ·      Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

    ·      Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

    ·      Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.

    ·      Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.

    ·      Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

    ·      Maintaining a database of contact information.

    Account manager

    Account Manager acts as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience

    ·      Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

    ·      Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.

    ·      Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

    ·      Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.

    ·      Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.

    ·      Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

    ·      Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

    ·      Identifying industry trends.

    ·      Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

    Human resource executive

    HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation

    ·      Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees

    ·      Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees

    ·      Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current

    ·      Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.

    ·      Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive

    ·      Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

    ·      Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected

    ·      Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have

    ·      Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

    ·      Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks

    ·      Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
