    Financial Analyst

    – Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

    – Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

    – Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

    – Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

    – Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

    – Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

    – Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

    – Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

    – Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

    Schneider  Electric Manufacturing

    Finance Accountant Intern

    – Support finance department to work on Tax refund agenda, including gathering information for preparing reports, checking data to ensure completeness and reliable report.

    – Support senior financial accountants to prepare Vietnamese accounting books to comply with local law. The time allocated for this work is around 60% to 70%.

    – Support Receivable Accountants to solve errors/issues with Customers/FiSS for speeding up cash collection.

    – Support to prepare other reports and ad hoc assignments (daily sales report, AR aging report..)

    – Prepare documents for tax refund.

    – Support to prepare VAS books and Statutory compliance

    – Assist to solve issues with Downstream/Customers/WH related to billing invoices for speeding up cash collection

    Risk Managerment

    – Make periodic risk management reports required by the Government authorities and the Company

    – Build and standardize risk management system, policies, processes and models for the operation of the Company in compliance with the current law and regulations

    – Develop contingency plans for emergencies to ensure the continuity in the company’s business operations

    – Identify, measure and manage risks related to the securities company operations including but not limited to market risk, liquidity risk, default risk, operational risk and legal risk
